He graduated the Pratt Phoenix School of Design in New York City.</B></div> <div> <B>He went on to study Fine Art, Portraits  and Illustration for three years at the Art Student League in Manhattan.</B></div> <div> <B>  Robert perfected his technique in Plein Air by painting scenes out and around New York City.</B></div> <div> <B>  He has earned awards for Artist Choice at the Escalanted Art Festival, Award of Excellence at the Nevada Water color society and first place at the Primevera for his oil painting.
